I believe I got this off a forum that said it was Chris Lilly's six time championship injection:
3/4 cup apple juice
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup salt
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
Continue to stir it up real good throughout the process, the sugar tends to settle.
